Monday-Thursday | 5:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Manpower is currently seeking an SMT Operator for a contract opportunity with a manufacturing company in Loveland, CO. This position is expected to run through the end of the year and offers full-time hours, weekly pay, and the opportunity to gain experience in electronics manufacturing.

What will you be doing?

• Operate SMT (Surface Mount Technology) equipment used in printed circuit board manufacturing
• Load materials and monitor machine performance during production runs
• Perform inspections to ensure products meet quality standards
• Complete secondary processing and assembly tasks as needed
• Record production and quality data
• Troubleshoot minor issues and escalate concerns when necessary
• Follow all safety procedures and manufacturing standards
• Participate in team meetings and continuous improvement activities
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist with other production duties as needed

What do you bring?

• High school diploma or GED
• Previous manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required
• Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn new processes
• Ability to follow written work instructions
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
