Glass to be free of streaks, smears, and fingerprints/handprintsSweeps and mops floors as necessaryCompletes minor repairs and building improvementsPrepares conference rooms before and after important meetingsRemoves litter and rubbish from main common rooms and exterior of facilityWhen applicable, places safety hazard signs in the building (i.e. wet paint, wet floor signs)Clean rooms, hallways, lobbies, waiting rooms, restrooms, stairways, parking lots, grounds, and other work areasAssists in receiving and delivering packages receivedMaintains inventory controls on maintenance supplies, cleaning supplies, and equipmentAssists in monitoring all work performed by outside contractorsSpecial projects as assignedMinimum Qualifications:Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with staff and the publicAbility to understand and follow standard operating procedures, perform duties in a professional mannerPrepared to execute all duties and responsibilities in a safe and timely mannerMust be reliable and professionalCulture and Benefits:What sets Evara Health apart is our amazing culture and team spirit.
